Intimate Ceremony of Calley and Ignatio with a taste for timeless black and white photographs
Calley and Ignatio from Seatlle started planning their wedding in Ibiza, after the sad news of calleys father´s poor health. They met for the first time by the help of Calley´s best friends who arranged a meet up for her with Ignacio. The spark between them was intense and the short holiday break in the U.S.A got a romantic tail.
The wedding was prepared and would take place at Can Gall 21 June 2020 with over 125 guests from all over the world. Due to covid in 2020 their story went different but not less beautiful. The next wedding date was set on september 3th, 2022.
Because Time was precious.
They opted for a small intimate, family only, Villa Wedding on the hills of Es Cubells with a grand view over the bay of Es Torrent and Formentera. And ofcourse, the best friends of Calley who became best men at their wedding.
This sunny afternoon wedding was just perfect, a beautiful mix of American and Spanish customs embraced by both families as One. Calley and Ignacio went back to Seattle and try to visit Spain as much as possible.
This wedding touched me deeply.
It was all done and organised in detail by the family with the catering of la Grande Bouffe Ibiza and Celebrand Melchior Arnold. What I experienced this afternoon was a passionate love between Calley and Ignatio and a strong bond with their families. A strong family bond based on love and compassion. The short ceremony on the terrace overlooking the blue sea was an emotional moment for all of us. A ceremony of Faith, Hope and Love.
